用板块构造观点做预测的尝试

TENTATIVE PREDICTION OF SOME GEOLOGICAL PROBLEMS FROM A PLATE TECTONIC PERSPECTIVE

摘要: 我参加的地质矿产部高原地质调查大队第一分队,于1982年在东仑昆南缘东段。由托索湖以西的布青山向东经花石峡到积石山的主峰玛积雪山一带,进行专题调查（图1与2）。在制定年度野外工作计划而阅读有关资料时,发现一些疑点。经过几次筛选认为,有几个重要疑点是解决该区地质构造问题的关键。对于用不同观点所能取得的不同答案,做了评比,感到用板块观点进行尝试,更为有利。因此,提出用板块观点做预测,并制定了相应的措施。

Abstract: From a plate-tectonic point of view, the strata pteviously assigned to the Carboniferous and Permian and the Variscan ultrabasic rocks and Permian pillow basalts in the vicinity of Jishishan Mt. at the southern margin of the Eastern Kunlun Mountains are predicted as belonging to the Triassic and an ophiolite suite,respectively.This prediction has been confirmed by field surveys.
