FAULTS IN THE AREA NORTH OF HARBIN AND TECTONIC EVOLUTION OFTHE SONGLIAO BASIN

An integrated study has been made on the geological and geophysical data in the Songliaobasin, especially in the area north of Harbin. The tectonic evolution of the Songliao basin and itsmanifestation in the area north of Harbin are discussed on the basis of previous studies combinedwith the data from various conversion fields and plans and sections and a study of the faultsthere.
