APPLICATIONS OF THE GEOMECHANICAL METHOD IN REGIONAL GEOLOGICAL AND MINERAL RESOURCES SURVEYS AND MINERAL EXPLORATION

This paper summarizes the applications of several regularities abstracted by the geomechanical method from the practice in many aspects of regional geological and mineral investigations. Through a few typical case histories, the author expounds that the geomechanical method has guiding significance and vast prospects for regional geological and mineral surveys and mineral exploration.
