NEW IDEAS OF SOME MAJOR PROBLEMS OF BASIC GEOLOGY IN THE DABIESHAN-ZHANGBALING AREA OF ANHUI PROVINCE

On the basis of previous work coupled with some important facts discovered by the Regional Geological Survey institute in its recent monographic studies and regional geologicalmapping,the authors put forward some new ideas about tectonic regionalization of the sequence of metamorphic strata, determination of deformed and thetamorphosed intrusions,crustal structure of bidirectional ramping of the orogenic belt and orogeny that is not causedby collision,character and evolution of the Tancheng-Lujiang fault zone,and formation andinverse mechanism of high-pressure metamorphic zones.
