Abstract
Established in the 1980′s, the SD method has been widely used in reserve calculation because of its combination of dynamic fractal geometry and structural geological variable theory. Reserve calculation is complicated due to mineral intergrowth. Compared with traditional methods used in copper polymetallic mine reserve calculation, the SD method shows better performance.
