The double factors method for blocks evaluation and its application in the blocks of the northern edge of East Qinling-Dabie orogenic belt, China

With the oil and gas block register system put in practice，it was important for modern oil company to evaluate “quickly、quantitative、systemic” for mutil-blocks in one uniform flat. Present, these big oil companies have constituted decision systems adapt for themselves characteristics which based on geologic risk analysis and resources and economy assessment. Based on the introduction for the block assessments methods used in present work, this paper applied the double factors method to the blocks in north area of the Eastern Qinling and Dabie Orogenic Belt, and provide exploration advice for these blocks.
