Program of code translation for the Chinese geological map space database

The chart type in the attribute word segment of the Chinese geologic space database is filled with codes. The confusion is that generally we do not know what the codes represent without consulting a code database. The data volume of the Chinese geologic space database is enormous, and so artificial translation is time- and energy-consuming. This paper introduces a method for the program control translation of the codes in the attribute word segment of the geological map space database and then provides application examples, source codes and usages.
