Abstract
Abstract: This paper conducts research on the geological conditions, rock combinations, petrology, and mineralogy of the Varignon Mountain tectonic magmatic belt in the study area, explores the ongoing evolutionary patterns and causes of the Varigon geothermal belt at different times and stages, as well as the geological environment, By integrating the petrochemical characteristics of intrusive rocks from different periods, it was determined that this magmatic rock belt is the primary rock formation associated with the geothermal anomalies and the formation of dry hot rock geothermal resources in the study area, It is a heterogeneous rock mass composed of intrusions from different periods and diverse origins, With a long duration of continuous activity and high temperature of crystallization, the geological type is mainly of the same-melting type, with features of A-type granite as well, There was early draped magma intrusion, and later, the main type was re-melting granite. And from the evolution and migration patterns of dry hot rock rock bodies, as well as deep geophysical analysis, it is believed that at a certain depth beneath the lower part of the Republic Basin, there exists a high-temperature ductile layer (magma chamber), which is most likely to be the significant heat source for dry hot rocks in the region.
