  • According the ancient weathering crust at top of the Xiong' er Group,incised valley deposits in the Xiaogoubei Formation at the base of the Ruyang Group,discovery of large-sized acanthomprphidia acritarchs in the Baicaoping Formation and megafossil algae in the Luoyukou Formation and location of the Luoquan tillite in the Neoproterozoic column ,the authors consider that the strata above the Xiong' er Group and below the Cambrian Xinji Formation should be assigned to the Neoproterozoic(1000to570Ma B.P.)and are the sedimentary Qingbaikou System and Sinian System)records of the assembly and breakup of the supercontinent Rodinia(Qingbaikou System and Sinian System)in the North China plat-form.
