    REDEFINITION OF THE JIAONAN ROCK GROUP IN SHANDONG AND THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE PENGHESHI FORMATION

    • 摘要: 胶南地区原划胶南群被肢解为三个地层系列:其一,下部晚太古代大山沟岩组、为黑云变粒岩、浅粒岩夹斜长角闪岩岩石组合;其二,中部早元古代胶南岩群,包括下部变粒岩为特征的邱官庄岩组和上部片岩、变粒岩夹长石石英岩、大理岩为特征的于家岭岩组;其三,上部震旦纪朋河石组,为变质长石石英砂岩、变质长石砂岩夹石英岩、变质砾岩和千枚岩等浅变质岩岩石组合。

       

      Abstract: The original Jiaonan Group in the Jiaonan area is dismembered into three stratigraphic se-quences :(1)the Late Archean Dashangou Rock Formation in the lower part , represented by bi-otite granulitite and leucogranulitite with amphibolite;(2) the Early Proterozoic Jiaonan RockGroup in the middle part,including the Qiuguanzhuang Rock Formation dominated by granulititein the lower and the Yujialing Rock Formation marked by schist and granulitite with arkosite andmarble in the upper;(3)the Sinian Pengheshi Formation in the upper part ,represented by a low-grade metamorphic rock association consisting of meta-arkosite and meta-arkose with quartzite,metaconglomerate and phyllite.
