    FUSULINID AND CORAL FOSSIL ZONES IN THE QIXIA FORMATION, ANHUI

    • 摘要: 安徽南部下二叠统栖霞组分布很广,出露较完整,化石丰富,种类繁多,是研究我国南方下二叠统栖霞组较好地区之一。笔者自1960年开始,在本区测制和观察了十多条栖霞组的剖面(图1),积累了较多的实际资料,在这些资料的基础上,现就该区栖霞组的(?)、珊瑚化石分带问题提出一点认识。从剖面分析,本区栖霞组的岩性自下而上明显可分为六段:底部碎屑岩段——粘土质页岩、炭质页岩及粉砂质页岩夹薄煤层,分布不甚普遍,

       

      Abstract: The Lower Triassic Qixia Formation is widespread in southern Anhui and relatively completely exposed, abundant and highly variable fossils. so southern Anhui is one of better areas for the study of the Lower Permian Qixia Formation of southern China. In this paper the authors put forwards their own recognition on the problems concerning the fusulinid and coral fossil zones in the Qixia Formation in the area.
