唐古拉山地区第三纪地层的划分及命名

STRATIGRAPHICAL DIVISION AND NOMENCLATURE OF THE TERTIARY IN THE TANGGULA MOUNTAINS

摘要: 根据1986～1990年期间1∶20万区调资料,将唐古拉山地区的第三纪地层,划分为古—始新统、渐新统、中新统及上新统,并分别命名为沱沱河群(E_1-2tt)、雅西措群（E₃yx）、查保马群（N₁ch）、五道染群（N₁wd）和曲果组（N₂q）。认为中新统查保马群和五道梁群属同期异相,并指出在雅西措群中寻找盐类矿产、五道梁群中寻找锌银铁矿产具有很大的前景。

Abstract: According to the data of 1:200000 regional surveys, the Tertiary of the Tanggula Mountains is divided into the Paleocene-Eocene, Oligocene, Miocene and Pliocene, which are named the Tuotuohe Group (E_1-2tt), Yaxico Group （E₃yx）, Chabama Group （N₁ch）, Wudaoliang Group （N₁wd） and Quguo Formation （N₂q） respectively. The discovery of saline mineral deposits in the Yaxico Group and zinc, silver and iron in the Wudaoliang Group is promising.
