    Uncertainty evaluation for the determination of phenol in groundwater samples by 4-amino antipyrine chloroform extraction spectrophotometry

    • 摘要: 采用不确定度连续传递模型对4-氨基安替吡啉三氯甲烷萃取分光光度法测定的地下水中挥发酚含量的不确定度进行评定。通过对实际水样测量的标准不确定度进行分析和计算,得出测量扩展不确定度,从而定量地说明其测量结果的可信度。研究结果表明,在实际水样的测定过程中,标准曲线拟合和样品前处理过程产生的不确定度对总不确定度有较大的贡献率。

       

      Abstract: The measurement uncertainty of the analytical results of phenol in groundwater samples by 4-Amino antipyrine chloroform extraction spectrophotometry was evaluated using continuous propagation model of uncertainty. The standard uncertainty of a groundwater sample was evaluated and the expanded uncertainty was calculated, which shows the measurement is credible. The results show that the uncertainty caused by the curve fitting and the sample preparation makes a relatively great contribution to the expanded uncertainty.
