    • 摘要: 新时期经济社会的发展要求地质调查工作提供更及时、更主动的服务,而服务的关键是满足用户的需求。当前世界地质工作的发展趋势由供给驱动向需求驱动转变,因此,要提高地质调查成果社会化服务的能力和地质调查工作的影响力,就必须树立“用户优先、服务第一”的服务理念,了解不断变化的社会需要,坚持以用户为核心,通过服务内容的丰富化、服务形式的通俗化、服务手段的多样化和地质文化的感染力,让地质调查工作更加贴近生活、更好地服务于社会。

       

      Abstract: Both social and economic development in this new era require more prompt and more active service from geological survey,and the most important thing is to satisfy the users′ need. Nowadays, the developing trend for geologic work is transferring from driving by supply to by demand globally, therefore in order to enhance the service ability of geologic survey achievements and impacts of geologic work, we have to set up the “user first, serve first ”notion, keep knowing the ever-change social need, insist on “service oriented” policy, to achieve more abundant service contents, more easy service manner, multiple service way and inspired geologic work, to make geologic survey more close to people’s daily life and serve better to the society.
