Abstract: During 1∶250 000 regional geological surveys and special subject research on the Triassic, a group of plant fossils were taken from Xionglongxi, Xinlong County, and Rejia, Baiyu County, Sichuan Province. They include 15 genera and 20 species, of which two species are new and one genus was first found in China. These fossils not only enrich the content of the plant fossil assemblage in the study area but also provide an important paleontological basis for the determination of stratigraphic ages, stratigraphic correlation with neighboring areas and reconstruction of the sedimentary environment.
