摘要: 阿拉善北部的中蒙边界地区,晚古生代曾发生过脉动式拉伸作用,形成多期裂谷。泥盆纪发育造山期后断陷盆地。石炭纪和二叠纪是相继发生两期裂谷的活动期,早期有钙—碱性火山作用和磨拉石沉积。中石炭世的碱性和大陆拉斑系列火山岩、辉长岩和二辉橄榄岩,晚二叠世早期的双模式火山岩及碱性火成岩,分别代表了两期裂谷活动的高峰期。晚石炭世及二叠纪末期,各自为裂谷衰退期。Abstract: Pulsating extension had occurred in the Late Paleozoic in the Sino-Mongolia border region in the northern part of Alxa, forming polyphase rifts. A post-orogenic down-faulted basin developed in the Devoniar. The Carboniferous and Permian witnessed the occurrence of two successive phases of rifting. In the early stage there occurred calc-alkaline volcanism and molasse deposition. Middle Carboniferous volcanic rocks of the alkaline and continental tholeiitic series, gabbro and Iherzotite and early Late Permian bimodal volcanic rocks and alkaline volcanic rocks represent the peaks of the two phases of rifting respectively. The Late Carboniferous and terminal Permian were respective stages of rift decline of the two phases of rifting.
