新疆雅满苏组层控型铁矿的地质特征
THE GEOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF STRATABOUND IRON DEPOSITS IN THE YAMANSU FORMATION IN XINJIANG

摘要: 新疆觉罗塔格地区铁矿资源十分丰富。铁矿主要赋存在下石炭统雅满苏组,该组由中酸性—基性熔岩、火山碎屑岩、陆源碎屑岩及碳酸盐岩类组成。铁矿主要发育在雅满苏组上部的蚀变安山凝灰岩中,呈层状,似层状或透镜状产出。其铁质来源与中性火山喷发岩的沉积作用,有着密切的成因联系,从各矿区存在强烈热液交代蚀现象,说明成矿后期的热液叠加改造作用,对铁矿床品位变富。规模变大,具有十分重要的意义。因此,这类铁矿床应属于沉积—改造型的层控型矿床。Abstract: Iron resources are very rich in the Jiangluotage area, Xinjiang. Iron ores mainly occur in the Lower Carboniferous Yamansu Formation. This formation is composed of intermediate-acid to basic lavas, pyroclastic rocks, terrigenous clastic rocks and carbonate rocks. The iron horizons mainly in the altered andesite tuffs in the upper part of the Yamansu Formation occur in the bedded, stratoid or lenticular form. Iron has a close genetic relation to intermediate volcanic eruptive rocks. There are phenomena of strong hydrothermal metasomatic alteration in various ore districts, which implies that the hydrothermal superimposition and remoulding in the late stage of mineralization were of very important significance for causing iron deposits to become higher in grade and larger in scale. Therefore, such type of iron deposit should belong to sedimentary-remoulded stratabound deposits.
