区域地质调查标准体系研究

    A study of the standard system of regional geological survey

    • 摘要: 地质填图是一项旨在查明国家基本地质情况的超前性、公益性、战略性、多用途的基础性地质工作,为资源勘查、环境保护、工程建设、城市规划、国土开发利用、地球科学发展等提供重要支撑。完善的技术标准是区域地质调查的重要技术保障。中国的地质填图技术标准经历半个多世纪的发展,形成了基本完善的技术标准体系。随着经济与科技的发展,当前地质填图技术标准未能与实际工作同步跟进,出现技术标准难以满足当前地质填图工作需求、地质填图标准不统一、标准体系不完善等问题。在新形势下,根据中国半个多世纪以来地质填图技术标准体系的发展经验,学习国外发达国家先进的地质填图理念、方法和标准,结合中国地质填图工作实际状况与需求,在分析梳理地质填图标准的基础上,提出地质填图标准体系框架和推进地质填图标准更新与完善的建议,以满足现代地质填图需求。

       

      Abstract: Geological mapping is a fundamental geological work characterized by advanced, public welfare-oriented, strategic and multipurpose nature, with the purpose of finding out national basic geological condition. It provides significant support in every aspect for resource prospecting, environmental protection, engineering construction, city planning, territorial development and utiliza-tion as well as the development of geoscience. A thorough technical standard system is an important technical support for regional geological survey. With the technical development of geological mapping over the past half a century, a well-developed technical standard system has been built. Nevertheless, as the development of economy and technology is very fast, the present geological mapping technical standard cannot keep up with the development of the practical work. A series of problems have occurred; for example, the present technical standard cannot meet the demands of the present geological mapping work; the geological mapping technical standard is discrepant or not perfect. Under the new situation, according to the development experience of geological mapping technical standard system over the past half a century, and the study of the advanced ideas of geological mapping techniques, methods and standards from some developed countries, in combination with China's actual situations and demands of practical geological mapping work, the authors established the geological mapping standard systematic framework and put forward some suggestions for its renewal and improvement based on analyzing and arranging geological mapping technical standards with the purpose of satisfying the demands of modern geological mapping.
