中蒙边界中东段地层划分与对比

The division and correlation of strata in the mid-eastern part of Sino-Mongolian border area

摘要: 中国与蒙古交界地区, 早前寒武系-新生界分布广泛, 地层划分系统差别较大。根据近年来内蒙古地层年代划分研究成果, 初步对中蒙边界中东段蒙古地层岩石、化石进行了整理与划分, 并以中国出露的地层为参照, 进行中蒙边界中东段地层划分与对比。结果表明, 中蒙边界中东段地层具有连续性, 可以统一划分对比。

Abstract: In the Sino-Mongolian border area, the Early Precambrian-Cenozoic strata are widely distributed but assigned to different stratigraphic classification systems. Based on the research results of Inner Mongolian strata obtained in recent years, the authors ar-ranged the rock assemblages and fossils of Mongolian strata, carried out stratigraphic division and correlation of the strata in the mideastern part of Sino-Mongolian border area in the light of strata exposed within China's territory. The results show that the strata are continuous, and hence their unified division is practical.
