Abstract:
This paper deals with the framework and mechanism of the node computation pool which composes the platform of the China Geological Survey Information Grid, the concepts of resource aggregation, meta-service and intelligent service engine which compose the node computation pool and conclude node autonomy. The geological map data service system is described in terms of resource sharing, virtualization and web service, which is characterized by multi-hierarchy such as metadata service, raster data, vector data and 3D visualization. China Geological Survey Information Grid has provided a new solution for sharing and applying geological map spatial information; so far, it has connected 10 nodes preliminarily, and is performed properly and effectively.
