应用新技术促进煤层气的开发

    Appfication of advanced technologies in promoting coalbed methane exploitation

    • 摘要: 中国地面煤层气勘探开发技术经历了多年的探索和创新,从最早尝试垂直井套管射孔完井、清水加砂压裂、活性水加砂压裂、洞穴完井等煤层气开发技术,到目前应用空气钻井,N2泡沫压裂,清洁压裂液、胶(线性胶、交联胶等)加砂压裂,注入CO2提高煤层气单井产量和多分支水平井钻井技术提高煤层气井产量和采收率。实践证明,煤层气开发技术不能一概而论,在不同地质条件下采用适当的煤层气开发技术,对于提高煤层气的产量具有重要意义。

       

      Abstract: Surface coalbed methane exploration and development technologies in China have gone through probing and innovations for several years.These advanced technologies include coalbed methane technologies such as vertical well completion by casing perforation,sandfracturing with fresh water,sandfracturing with slick water and cavity well completion that were used earlier and recent air drilling,N2 foam fracturing,sandfracturing with VES fracturing fluids and gels(liner gel,crosslink gel etc.),injection of CO2 to enhance single-well coalbed methane production and use of multi-lateral well technology to enhance coalbed methane production and recovery.According to the experience,it is very significant to use coalbed methane technologies suitable to different geological conditions to increase coalbed methane production.
