Recent progress in the study of the application of the new trace element analytical method in geological survey

摘要: 简要介绍了痕量超痕量分析新技术新方法在地质调查中的开发应用研究进展，内容包括地质调查项目背景和重要性，锍镍试金-ICPMS测定贵金属元素分析方法，高压密封酸溶-ICPMS在测定地质样品中痕量超痕量稀土、稀有稀有散、铌钽锆铪等47种元素的应用，卤素等非金属元素分析方法等研究进展及成果。

Abstract: The recent progress of trace element analytical methods used in geological survey projects was briefly described.The methods included were:determination of platinum group elements by Nis fire assy-ICPMS;determination of 47Trace elements by sealed pressurized acid digestion-ICP-MS;the new meth-ods for determination of halogens and other nonmetals elements.
