西藏南部两类中生代大陆边缘的构造沉积环境特征

STRUCTURAL AND SEDIMENTARY FEATURES OF TWO TYPES OF MESOZOIC CONTINENTAL MARGIN IN SOUTHERN XIZANG （TIBET）

摘要: 本文试用当前大陆板块构造研究方法,重点讨论西藏南部雅鲁藏布江缝合带南北两侧完全不同性质的中生代古大陆边缘（北部为具有典型岛孤系的太平洋型活动大陆边缘,南部是具有完整结构的大西洋型稳定大陆边缘;）的构造沉积特征及其板块构造演化。

Abstract: Two major types of late Mesozoic continental margin can be distinguished in southern Xizang. One is the Pacific-type （active） continental margin characterized by a typical trench-arc system at the northern side of the Yarlung Zangbo suture,and the other is the Atlantic-type （stable） continental margin characterized by continental shelf-slope-rise at the southern side. Their structural and sedimentary units are differnt, as shown in the following table: This paper further discusses the characteristics of sedimentary, formations,tectonic deformation and evolution history of either enviroment according to the data of stratigraphic, sedimentary facies, paleontology, paleomagnetism and isotope geochronology.
