江西省区域地质概况

A BRIEF ACCOUNT OF REGIONAL GEOLOGY OF JIANGXI PROVINCE

摘要: 文中系统阐述了江西省各时代地层的地理分布、岩石组合、古生物和沉积相特征;重点介绍了全省侵入岩、火山岩的岩石类型和自中元古代以来的各个地质历史发展阶段中岩浆活动及其时空演化规律;简要说明了全省变质岩及变质作用的基本特征;还对全省区域构造及其演化历史进行了系统论述并对不同构造发展阶段的沉积一变质作用、岩浆活动和构造演化作了初步探讨。

Abstract: This paper systematically deals with the geographical distribution, rock associations, paleontology and sedimentary facies of the strata of various ages in Jiangxi Province, with emphasis on the types of intrusive and volcanic rocks of the whole province and the magmatism and the law of its temporalspatial evolution in various stages of development in geologic history since the Middle Proterozoic. It briefly introduces the basic features of metamorphic rocks and metamorphism of the whole province and also systematically elucidates regional strueture and its evolutionary history of the province. A preliminary discussion is made on sedimentation-metamorphism, magmatism and tectonic evolution in different tectonic stages.
