湘东北三墩铜铅锌矿床萤石Sm−Nd同位素年龄及其对成矿的制约

    Sm−Nd isotope age of fluorite from the Sandun Cu−Pb−Zn deposit in northeastern Hunan Province and its constraint on mineralization

      研究目的 三墩铜铅锌矿是湘东北地区在地质大调查期间新发现的大型矿床,位于幕阜山岩体南缘,属岩浆热液充填交代脉型矿床,目前其成矿时代不明。
      研究方法 在详细野外地质调查的基础上,对三墩铜铅锌矿硫化物-萤石-石英矿脉进行了Sm−Nd、铅同位素研究。
      研究结果 获得萤石Sm−Nd同位素等时线年龄为88.8±2.4 Ma(MSWD值为1.3),成矿时代属晚白垩世,明显晚于研究区已知岩浆岩的形成年龄。萤石Sm−Nd同位素组成的εNd(t)值为−9.1±0.1,143Nd/144Nd初始比值为0.512059±0.000005;硫化物铅同位素组成206Pb/204Pb、207Pb/204Pb、208Pb/204Pb值分别为18.128~18.452、15.574~15.849、38.440~39.004,显示矿床成矿物质可能主要来源于深源岩浆。
      结论 上述特征暗示,研究区可能存在晚白垩世的隐伏岩体,对区域找矿勘查具有重要的指导意义。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective The Sandun Cu−Pb−Zn deposit is a large deposit newly discovered in the northeastern Hunan region during the geological survey, which is located in the southern margin of the Mufu Mountain pluton. It belongs to the magmatic hydrothermal filling metasomatic vein type deposit, whose metallogenic age is unknown.
      Methods Based on detailed field geological investigation, sulfide−fluorite−quartz vein of the Sandun Cu−Pb−Zn is Sm−Nd, Pb isotope studied in this paper.
      Results The isochron age obtained from fluorite Sm−Nd isotope dating is 88.8±2.4 Ma (MSWD = 1.3), indicating that the mineralization age belongs to the Late Cretaceous, which is significantly later than the formation age of the known magmatic activity in this area. The εNd(t) value of the Sm−Nd isotope composition of fluorite is −9.1±0.1, and the initial ratio of 143Nd/144Nd is 0.512059±0.000005. The sulfide Pb isotope of 206Pb/204Pb, 207Pb/204Pb, and 208Pb/204Pb ratios are 18.128~18.452, 15.574~15.849, and 38.440~39.004, respectively, indicating that the ore−forming materials of this deposit may mainly originated from deep magmatism.
      Conclusions The aforementioned characteristics suggest that the potential presence of Late Cretaceous concealed rock masses in this region, which has significant guiding importance for regional prospecting and exploration.
